Membership Committee Focuses on Attracting, Retaining Members

Energy Workforce has relaunched the Membership Committee, led by Advisory Board Members Megan Oberly, Helmerich & Payne, and Josh Lowrey, Galtway Enterprises. The committee is focused on attracting and retaining members, as well as encouraging engagement from Member Company employees.

“Relaunching the Membership Committee with strong participation and engagement will bring better results in advocating for the energy workforce, growing the organization and providing essential benefits to members and their employees,” Lowrey said.

The Membership Committee works closely with Energy Workforce leadership and staff to identify and develop a strategy to grow membership and help get members engaged in the many programs, events and committees available.

“It is important for companies to understand the many opportunities Energy Workforce provides members and how to get involved, especially new Members,” Oberly said.

Active member engagement in Energy Workforce committees is an opportunity for professionals at all levels within Member Companies to provide thought leadership for the industry, network with other industry leaders and gain recognition for helping improve the industry.

Membership Committee Member Companies include Caterpillar Inc., Deloitte, Galtway Enterprises, Halliburton, Heidrick & Struggles, HMH, Piper Sandler, SLB and Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure.
