Justin Bliffen, Founder and CEO of Brigade Energy Services, is the newest member of the Council’s Advisory Board. The Advisory Board contributes to the Council’s strategic direction, promotes participation within their companies, and serves in a key leadership role in the technology and services sector of the oil and gas industry.
“With his experience in the oil and gas industry, background in finance, and service as a Navy SEAL, Justin will be an important voice in charting the future course of our sector and the Council,” said CEO Leslie Beyer. “His leadership skills and expertise will help us position the industry to deliver the abundant, affordable and cleaner energy the world needs.”
Prior to his current role, Bliffen was CFO of Triangle Petroleum Corporation, and Vice President in Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities with Goldman Sachs. He served in the U.S. Navy for six years as a SEAL and two years as a surface warfare officer. He has an MBA from Wharton School of Finance and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a BS in systems engineering.
Brigade Energy Services is a well-servicing company providing completions, workover and production, and plugging services.
