Due to high demand and the inability of some companies to register due to widespread power outages during the ice storm that hit Texas in February, the Council reopened registration for an additional offering of the Executive Leadership Program — Engaging Leadership track on April 14.
Executive Leadership Program
The program enters its seventh year of providing a structured year-long program that helps participants develop leadership skills needed for current and future roles.
Held virtually, the 2021 program includes more than 100 individuals from around the world.

The Council developed the curriculum in partnership with Pat Lipovski of Envision Group, an innovative global leader in corporate advising and coaching, who also leads the seminars.
Leadership Development
In addition to seminars, participants engage in leadership development outside their company. They also attend at least two Energy Workforce leadership meetings, such as leadership forums. The program includes valuable mentorship from members of the Council’s Board of Directors and Advisory Board Members. This gives participants a unique opportunity for strategic career advice and to develop relationships with industry leaders.
