HR Townhall Discusses Market Challenges During COVID-19

Remote-Events Header3More than 25 PESA Member Companies discussed key human resources challenges including managing stay-at-home orders, leave and exemptions and market challenges during PESA’s second HR townhall teleconference, March 27.

PESA Advisory Board Member, Dave Warnick, Vice President of Human Resources, Weir Oil & Gas, led the discussion, as senior HR representatives shared best practices and listened to updates on how others are navigating the unprecedented pandemic. Most companies are maintaining strategies articulated in the first HR townhall, with many employees working from home and essential employees coming to company facilities on a rotational basis.
