PESA Congratulates Board Member Mark Wolf on his promotion to Deputy General Counsel at FMC Technologies, Inc.

In his new role, Mark will lead a team to provide legal support for corporate reporting, corporate-led initiatives (such as joint ventures, M&A, and global business services) and rendering legal advice to the corporate functions, including company litigation.

Previously, Mark oversaw the company’s compliance program and managed the day-to-day, legal affairs for most of FMC Technologies’ major business segments (Surface Technologies, Subsea Technologies – Western Hemisphere, Subsea Technologies – Brazil and Energy Infrastructure).

He practiced law with the Kansas City-based law firm of Stinson Morrison & Hecker, came to Houston with Noble Drilling Corporation and then Nabors Drilling International before arriving at FMC.  He is also a CPA, practicing accounting for several years before becoming an attorney.

Mark Co-Chairs PESA’s Corporate Counsel Advisory Committee and is a former Houston ACC Chapter (Association of Corporate Counsel) Board of Director where he chaired its Law Department Best Practices Group.
