The PESA Permian Basin Steering Committee is conducting a school supply drive for local schools this summer. A 2019 drive garnered nearly $8,000 in supplies donated by Member Companies.
Members are encouraged to pick up donation boxes on July 13 at GR Energy Services, 201 West Wall Street, Suite 409, in Midland. Participants will be given two weeks to collect supplies at their companies before the donations need to be returned to GR Energy Services on July 24. The donations will be distributed through the Midland ISD, which consists of 40 campuses, 27 of them elementary schools.
“As an industry that supports education opportunities, ensuring students have everything they need to be successful in the classroom is a priority,” PESA President Leslie Beyer said. “PESA is proud to support education efforts in the Permian, helping prepare students for bright futures.”
