PESA Supply Chain Committee: Developing Supply Chain Solutions

The Supply Chain Committee assembled on June 29 at DistributionNOW for a combined committee meeting, roundtable and facility tour. This inaugural Supply Chain Solutions roundtable included committee business, future roundtable topic discussion and a tour of the distribution center and warehouse. The participants identified future roundtable topics, such as:

  • digitalization
  • streamlining terms and conditions in line with level of service
  • managing information as it trickles down the supply chain

The next roundtable will address oilfield supply chain digitalization at Newpark Drilling on August 15. Committee members will have an opportunity to examine best practices around digital solutions as well as identify challenges the industry currently faces.

The Supply Chain Committee includes representation from Baker Hughes, a GE company, DistributionNOW, Ellwood Group, Forged Products, Forum, Fox Metals & Alloys, Galtway Industries, Gardner Denver, M&M Forgings, Newpark Drilling Fluids, NOV, Oceaneering, OFS Portal, Premier Pipe, Sigma Fasteners and TETRA Technologies
