PESA Welcomes 4 New Advisory Board Members

PESA is pleased to announce four new members of the Advisory Board, which contributes to the direction of PESA, promotes PESA participation within their companies and strengthens PESA’s membership via their personal industry connections. The new members include Jill Massonne, Director, Global Off-Highway Sales, Allison Transmission; Mike Kearney, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Frank’s International; D. Lyle Williams, Jr., Senior Vice President, Operations, Forum Energy Technologies; and Edward Bayhi, Vice President & GM – Drilling Pumps, Gardner Denver.

Jill Massonne is the Director, Global Off-Highway Sales for Allison Transmission, Inc. Allison’s Off-Highway products include a wide range of products for the global energy markets. Jill has held various positions within Allison Transmission since 1989. Prior to her Off-Highway responsibilities, she served as Segment Manager for the Transit Business Segment and served on the Board of Directors for the American Public Transportation Assn. (APTA).

Jill has held positions of increasing responsibility at Allison Transmission in various organizations including Sales as a Segment Manager and National Accounts Manager, Operations as a Production Manager, Engineering and Business Planning as Director of Commercial Product Teams, Quality and Reliability as Quality Manager and various other positions. Jill graduated with high honors from Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. She received a Master in Business Administration from the University of West Georgia, Richards School of Business.

Mr. Kearney currently serves as the Company’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, a position he has held since September 2017. He has served as a member of the Supervisory Board since 2013 and has more than 25 years of upstream energy executive and Board experience, principally in the oil services sector.

Mr. Kearney previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DeepFlexInc., a privately held oil service company, as well as Chief Financial Officer. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tesco Corporation, as well as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President—Administration of HydrilCompany. In addition to his executive experience, Mr. Kearney’s oil service experience extends to serving on the Board of Core Laboratories, and serving on the Board and Audit Committee of Fairmount Santrol. He currently serves on the Board and Audit Committee of Ranger Energy Services, Inc., an independent provider of well service rigs and associated services.

Mr. Kearney received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University, as well as a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Houston.

Mr. Williams has served as our Senior Vice President -Operations since May 2017. Since January 2007, he has held various financial and operations roles with us, including Vice President -Corporate Development and Treasury; Vice President -Operations Finance; Vice President -Finance and Accounting, Drilling & Subsea segment; Senior Vice President -Downhole Technologies; Vice President -Subsea Products; and Vice President -Drilling Capital Equipment.

Prior to joining Forum, Mr. Williams held various operations positions with Cooper Cameron Corporation, including Director of Operations -Engineered Products. He holds a B.A. in Economics and English from Rice University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Edward has been with Gardner Denver for more than eight years, in such roles as Director of Operations, Director of Marketing, Finance Director, Vice President –Drilling Pumps, and Vice President & GM. Prior to joining Gardner Denver, Edward served as the Finance Director –Tactical Vehicle Systems for BAE Systems, as Products Group Controller for Armor Holdings Inc and as Group Controller for BAE Systems Products Group.

He received a B.S. in Accounting from University of South Alabama in 1991.
