PESA’s Membership Committee Sets Sights on Mentorship

The PESA Membership Committee has identified several initiatives for the year around new member orientation and mentorship.  The committee has determined methods to gather information about new member priorities.  One of these initiatives is a mentoring program for new members. PESA Leaders will formally introduce new members to the Association by explaining the culture and programs, ensuring greater engagement for all companies.

Additionally, during the PESA Annual Meeting in April, the Membership Committee will host a new member reception.  First-time attendees will have the opportunity to meet the committee and learn about the Association’s goals and objectives while learning about PESA membership benefits.

Later this year, the committee will host a prospect breakfast, inviting non-member companies in the industry to hear about the PESA value proposition and meet current membership.

The Membership Committee includes representation from Consolidated Pressure Control, Gardner Denver, Ellwood Group, Galtway Industries, Lockton Marine & Energy, LoneStar Group and Simmons & Company.

If you know of a company in the oilfield that would benefit from PESA membership or if you are interested in joining the Membership Committee, please reach out to Peggy Helfert at [email protected].
