The Emerging Executives Committee, in partnership with Envision, an innovative global leader in corporate advising and coaching, delivers a competitive, forward-thinking talent management tool.
The Executive Leadership Program provides an external opportunity for high potential personnel to engage in a structured year-long program that will develop key competencies and skills for their current role and prepare them for responsibilities of their next role.
Four paths are offered, Advanced Business Development, Engaging & Influential Leader, Strategic & Branded Executive, and Inclusive Leader. Each path offers unique development including: mentorship with an executive, personal executive coaching, accountability, assessments and group seminars.
The Engaging & Influential Leader and Strategic & Branded Executive materials are suitable for senior leaders, as well as individuals assuming a leadership role for the first time. The Advanced Business Development materials are suitable for business development professionals at any level. The Inclusive Leader materials are suitable for cross-functional leaders, business executives, operational leaders, mid- and senior-level managers, new leaders and individuals identified in succession planning.
Members who complete two of the Energy Workforce’s year-long training programs will be recognized as an Energy Workforce & Technology Council Certified Executive. The designation is designed to elevate professional standards, enhance individual performance, and build knowledge essential to the oil and gas industry.

Strategic and Branded Executive Course Content
The Strategic and Branded Executive path offers leaders and high potential executives the tools needed to enhance their executive brand and presence in the first seminar. The second seminar equips leaders with strategic planning tools, process and skills to navigate toward the true potential of any size organization or corporation. Group discussions, exercises, videos and experiential coaching will emphasize uptake of content and self-reflection while linking tools and concepts to a stronger and more strategic future for each participant.
