The Council is pleased to sponsor the 23rd World Petroleum Congress, taking place in Houston on December 5-9. One of the oil and gas industry’s most prestigious international events, the Congress assembles speakers from around the world and attracts the highest-level industry and government leaders, including heads of state, ministers of energy and C-suite executives.
