Well Servicing Committee Launches Safety Statistics Collection Program

The Energy Workforce Well Servicing Committee is excited to announce the launch of its comprehensive safety statistics collection program. This initiative underscores the industry’s ongoing commitment to understanding and addressing safety issues, aiming to enhance overall workplace safety standards.

Members of the Well Servicing Committee will participate by submitting monthly incident and man-hour reports through a secure, anonymous online platform developed by Energy Workforce. This detailed data collection effort will capture specific information about safety incidents, which will be compiled and analyzed throughout the year. An annual report will then summarize the findings, providing valuable insights into safety trends and areas for improvement.

This program is designed to offer significant industry-wide benefits. By systematically tracking and analyzing safety data, the initiative will help identify common risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Moreover, it addresses regulatory concerns unique to well servicing companies, ensuring that industry practices align with the highest safety standards.

If you or your company are interested in joining the Well Servicing Committee please reach out to Senior Director of Government Affairs, Deidre Kohlrus, for more information.
