Energy Sustainability Reporting Program
Another year-long program offered is the Energy Sustainability Reporting Program, which presents participants with a comprehensive ESG experience, from the fundamentals of developing an ESG program to discussions on frameworks, materiality, and reporting. Yearlong program offered.

The Conscious Leadership in HR workshop focuses on fostering a strong culture of inclusion and belonging, empowering HR leaders to take decisive action. Participants will gain practical tools and strategies to champion inclusion effectively, reinforcing the values of teamwork and shared success.
Essentials of Leadership is an interactive workshop designed to empower emerging leaders to become exceptional leaders who can drive employee engagement, foster generational inclusion, embrace agile methodologies, and lead organizational change.

BUILDING BUSINESS ACUMEN
This one-day seminar helps all employees – regardless of their experience or background – understand how their organization operates and makes money.
The Building Business Acumen Program provides employees with C-level insights into how an organization runs so they can align their efforts to your business goals and maximize your bottom line. This is a one-day course with one 360 coaching session, provided by FranklinCovey. Two courses are offered: In Person and Virtual.
WORKFORCE
Energy Workforce offers two programs for those in operations and field operations.
The Field Operations Leadership Program is a two-day experiential program designed to provide practical insights and skills to equip front-line leaders in early-stage management positions. Participants will learn their leadership styles and how to be situationally agile.
The Operations Leadership Program is a program suitable for managers and anyone new to a role in operations leadership. Participants will be provided with research, insights and the tools necessary to develop into intentional, accountable and engaged leaders.
The presentation will also discuss how the Energy Workforce offers specific workforce trainings on the oil and gas industry with the Oil & Gas 101 seminar, as well as the benefits of best practice sharing and networking.
