A chemical engineer by training, Chuck began his career at ARCO without an upstream background, learning the business firsthand in gas plants, production offices, and field operations across Texas and Alaska.
As CEO and Chairman of Noble Energy, he led the company through a period of disciplined growth and portfolio focus, grounded in strong technical teams, practical capital decisions, and respect for the operators, engineers, and service partners who deliver results.
Chuck continues to support the industry through his work with Quantum Capital Group, mentoring emerging energy companies. His career reflects the fundamentals EWTC members value: operational leadership, investment in people, and long-term commitment to American energy.
