The Emerging Executives Committee recently gathered at NOV to connect, collaborate and continue discussing upcoming committee priorities.

From planning upcoming events to sharing feedback and ideas, this month’s meeting reflected the committee’s commitment to strengthening engagement across the industry.

Following the meeting, attendees toured NOV’s Digital Drilling Automation/Performance Optimization Center, gaining an inside look at the technologies and automation solutions driving innovation in today’s energy industry.

Leadership Forums

The committee supports the Leadership Forum series, connecting members directly with industry executives to discuss leadership, career growth and the future of the energy sector.

Oil & Gas 101 October 7-8 | Houston, TX

The committee is also supporting planning efforts for the annual Oil & Gas 101 program, which provides attendees with a comprehensive overview of the industry. The program is designed for both newcomers and seasoned professionals looking to broaden their industry knowledge and perspective.

Executive Address at Topgolf with Board Chair Ron Gusek, Liberty Energy – November 17 | Houston, TX

The committee wraps up the year with the Executive Address series featuring EWTC Board Chair Ron Gusek, CEO, President & Director of Liberty Energy. Drawing on decades of leadership experience in the oil and gas industry, Ron will share his perspective on the forces shaping the future of energy, lessons learned throughout his career and the leadership principles that have guided his success.
