Announcing the 2020 PESA Executive Leadership Program Graduates

The PESA Emerging Executives Committee is pleased to announce the 2020 Executive Leadership Program Graduates. This program’s success is due to the incredible mentors of the 2020 class. Thank you to the PESA Board of Directors, Advisory Board and Committee Chairs for volunteering your time and expertise.

The program – PESA’s forward-thinking talent management tool – provides an opportunity for developing leadership skills at the highest level. The 2020 class was the largest ever for the program, with more than 80 graduates.

Participants have shared what they gained from the program, which has graduated nearly 400 participants in the last six years.

“Taking this course has completely changed how I look at my role within my company. It has also helped me understand how to be a better leader and what good leadership looks like.” — Advanced Business Development graduate.

“My greatest take-aways are the relationships made that I will continue with colleagues and coaches, the priceless amount of knowledge I have gained, the exposure to more PESA events/opportunities and the confidence I now have as a leader because of this program. This experience has improved my value as a whole to my company. I am already using skills learned in my department and look forward to expanding my influence using these skills as the opportunities become available.” — Advanced Business Development graduate.

“The course allowed me to focus on my individual development, which I don’t think I would have done otherwise. The coaching has been invaluable, and I find being in a class with other perspectives outside of my company was extremely beneficial. Different companies do things different ways, and being in a company for a while, you can get tunnel vision, so I think to have the different outside perspectives have been valuable.” — Engaging Leadership graduate.

“My biggest take away would be the attention to my personal brand. It was quite thought provoking when we discussed the effect your brand can have on your career and the opportunities that your brand can make you eligible for.” — Strategic & Branded Executive graduate.
