PESA is currently in the process of filing extensions for many section 301 exclusions which are expiring this summer. On May 28, U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) published a Federal Register notice that extends the Section 301 tariff exclusion on “Oil well and oil field crank-balanced, long-stroke and beam pumps (described in statistical reporting number 8413.50.0010)”. This exclusion, which was scheduled to expire on June 4, 2020, is extended until December 31, 2020. All companies that import this product may benefit from this exclusion.
