The Council congratulates I&D Engagement Committee Member Lamonica Spivey, TechnipFMC, for her promotion to Inclusion, Diversity & CSR Director.
In this role, Spivey will lead TechnipFMC’s Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) efforts for North America and global coordination. She will also spearhead corporate social responsibility programs, drive efforts around STEM education and initiatives integral to the “Social” pillar in TechnipFMC’s three-year ESG roadmap.
An active member of the Council’s I&D Engagement Committee for the past three years, Spivey played a key role in the rollout of the groundbreaking 2018 Diversity Study and the 2019 Inclusion & Diversity Toolkit. Spivey is also leading the Racial Equality Taskforce’s working group to build a cross-company ERG. She’s a vital leader in the refresh of the 2021 diversity study, which is expanding to set a benchmark for racial and ethnic diversity within the sector.
