Council Welcomes New Member Company FESCO

The Energy Workforce & Technology Council’s newest member is FESCO, Ltd., a diversified petroleum engineering services company led by Steve Findley, President. With 21 locations and more than 72 years in operation, FESCO provides the oil and gas industry with quality equipment and experienced personnel for packaged completion, production and pipeline services.

Bill Findley Jr. founded FESCO as Findley Engineering Service Company in 1949. He and Garman Kimmell of Oklahoma City (KIMRAY, Inc.) built a portable laboratory (Split Stream Lab Truck) designed to determine optimum separation conditions for gas-condensate wells at the well site.  From this humble beginning, and up until his passing in 2018, Findley led FESCO’s evolution into a diversified oilfield service company with more than 1,100 employees in four states. Headquartered in Alice, Texas, FESCO offers an extensive suite of services to the petroleum industry.

“Adding new members increases the Council’s ability to elevate the energy services and technology sector. By combining our strengths, we speak with a unified voice that bolsters our advocacy at federal, state and local levels.”

Council CEO Leslie Beyer
