Energy Workforce CEO Discusses Energy Expansion at Meet Alaska Conference

Energy Workforce CEO Leslie Beyer spoke at the Meet Alaska 2023 – The Alliance conference last week in Anchorage. Her presentation “Energy Services as the Solution Provider” focused on how the oilfield services and technology sector is leading the way in the energy expansion while reducing emissions across the industry.

“Energy services should be viewed as the solution provider to the world’s energy needs as we are able to deliver technology and scale projects that meet growing demand while reducing emissions,” Beyer said.

“We know there is an ever-growing global demand for energy, with oil and gas continuing as a critical part of the equation to preserve our nation’s energy and national security, and that of our allies. Energy transition is not a transition away from oil and gas, it is an expansion of the entire energy ecosystem, including oil and gas, working together to reduce emissions while meeting increased global demand.”

Energy Workforce thanks Rebecca Logan for her leadership and the Alliance for being a great partner. The Alliance’s Meet Alaska conference is the premier energy conference in Alaska, bringing together energy executives from across the industry.
