Energy Workforce & Technology Council Board of Directors elected new members to its Advisory Board during the 2023 Annual Meeting. The Advisory Board contributes to Energy Workforce’s strategic direction, promotes participation within their companies and serves in key leadership roles in the energy technology and services sector of the oil and gas industry.
The new Advisory Board members include:
- Josh Lowrey, Co-Founder, President & CEO, Galtway Enterprises
- Rutger Niers, President & CEO, Ideal Completion Services
- Dan Pratt, Senior Vice President, Energy Centers, DistributionNOW
- Daniel Watson, President, Energy Alloys Global Solutions
Josh Lowrey is Co-Founder, President & CEO of Galtway Enterprises.
Josh Lowrey is Co-Founder, President & CEO of Galtway Enterprises. Throughout his career, Josh has been at the forefront of several team and corporate growth plans. As co-founder of Galtway Industries, he develops products and marketing plans to match the changing U.S. oil and gas markets. He attended Texas Tech University, graduating with a degree in Telecommunications and Marketing.
Rutger Niers is President & CEO of Ideal Completion Services.
Rutger Niers is President & CEO of Ideal Completion Services. Prior to that role, he was General Manager, Surface Integrated Services Canada and General Manager, Completion Services for FMC Technologies Canada. He has also served as President for Pure Energy Services. He received his bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance and General from the University of Alberta and is a chartered financial analyst.
Dan Pratt is Senior Vice President, Energy Centers of DistributionNOW.
Dan Pratt is Senior Vice President, Energy Centers for DistributionNOW having assumed the position in 2020. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President of Sales and Operations Northwest, U.S. Energy Centers. Over the previous 13 years, Dan has held numerous roles in sales and operations in Canada, as Canadian Vice President in 2016 and Operations Director in 2013 based out of Alberta.
Daniel Watson is President of Energy Alloys Global Solutions.
Daniel Watson is the President of Energy Alloys Global Solutions. During his tenure at Energy Alloys Global Solutions, he has held various progressing roles while stationed in North America and the Middle East. Daniel has been responsible for the Middle East business for more than eight years prior to his promotion to President in January 2021. Daniel is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a B.S. in Industrial Distribution.
