Former Board Member Robert Drummond, President & CEO, NexTier Oilfield Solutions; Clay Williams, Chairman, President and CEO, NOV; Cindy Taylor, President & CEO, Oil States International; Kirk Shelton, President, Completion and Production Solutions, NOV; Paula Harris, former SLB executive and Senior Vice President of Community and Foundation Executive Director, Houston Astros; and Energy Workforce Presidents Molly Determan and Tim Tarpley also provided remarks.

For the past nine years, Leslie has been at the helm, modernizing the organization and building it into the powerhouse it is today. Through her vision and leadership, Energy Workforce became a highly influential voice for the sector in front of policymakers and regulators, and she has enhanced the development and training programs into a hallmark for the industry workforce.
