Energy Workforce & Technology Council Appoints Kyle Chapman and Daniel Watson to Advisory Board

HOUSTON — The Energy Workforce & Technology Council (EWTC) today announced the appointment of Kyle Chapman, EVP – Global Operations at Levare, and Daniel Watson, Chief Development Officer at Steel Alloys & Services, to its Advisory Board.

Chapman brings more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas service sector. He previously served as President of Levare U.S. and held several executive leadership roles at Weatherford International, including President of Production, Product Line Marketing, and Vice President of Western Hemisphere Operations. Chapman has served on the boards of EWTC in a prior role and the Association of Oil, Gas and Renewable Energy Companies of Latin America. He currently serves on the Executive Advisory Board of the Bob L. Herd Department of Petroleum Engineering at Texas Tech University.

Watson assumed the role of Chief Development Officer at Steel Alloys & Services in 2025, bringing more than a decade of global leadership experience across the metals and energy sectors. Most recently, he served as President of Energy Alloys Global Solutions. During his tenure, Watson held progressively senior leadership roles, including more than eight years leading the company’s Middle East business and five years overseeing operations across Europe, Asia, and North America. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.

The EWTC Advisory Board is composed of senior executives from leading energy services and technology companies who provide strategic counsel to the association on industry trends, market dynamics and priorities impacting the sector’s long-term competitiveness.
