Energy Workforce & Technology Council welcomes new member Drilling Innovative Solutions.


Drilling Innovative Solutions manufactures and distributes patented downhole tool products to the oil and gas exploration industry. Safety is a crucial issue in oil and gas offshore and onshore projects, so safety is always top of mind throughout the downhole tool design and manufacturing process. Sustainability and environmental responsibility are among their most important core values. Their tools have a proven track record of substantially reducing rig time, and as a result, carbon emissions.

Sam P. Hawkins, III and Patrick Stokes are co-founders and owners of Drilling Innovative Solutions, which is headquartered in Lafayette, LA.
