Energy Workforce President joined the American Society of Safety Professionals webinar last week, hosted by the East Texas Chapter. During the webinar, Determan focused on how leading with purpose starts with your values, guiding your decisions and influencing how you show up for your team.
Determan emphasized that when your actions align with your values, your leadership strengthens and sets you up for success. This alignment opens opportunities to focus on career growth, goal setting, skills development, relationship building, and shaping your personal brand.
She stressed that value-driven leadership is key to success: to become a great leader, you must embody and live your values every day.
