Energy Workforce Members and guests learned how to leverage the upcoming 2025 workforce development programs during a recent webinar on November 12. Program content providers from Heidrick & Struggles, FranklinCovey, Pickering Energy Partners and Leader’s Edge Consulting were available to discuss the programs and answer questions.

Energy Workforce President Molly Determan and People & Culture Committee Vice Chair Kelly Munson, DNOW, kicked off the webinar, outlining the programs and introducing the content providers.
Doug Orr, Heidrick & Struggles discussed two of the Executive Leadership Program courses – Integrated Leadership: Leading With Influence, Agility & Accountability and Cultivating High-Performing Teams & Cultures – as well as the Front Line Leadership Program.
Angela Dennis, FranklinCovey, dived into the third Executive Leadership Program course – Helping Clients Succeed – as well as the Building Business Acumen program.
The 2025 Energy Sustainability Reporting Program is another year-long course offered by the Energy Workforce. Dan Romito, Pickering Energy Partners, provided an overview of the newly updated program.
Shanta Eaden, Leader’s Edge Consulting CEO and Energy Workforce People & Culture Committee Member walked through two workshops being offered in 2025: Conscious Leadership for HR Teams Workshop and Essentials of Leadership.
President Molly Determan addressed the popular Oil & Gas 101 seminar, including who would be good candidates to attend the training and what the course will cover.
Kelly Munson closed the session providing information about how to identify candidates for the programs and how to communicate with those individuals once selected.
