New Advisory Board Members Elected

Energy Workforce & Technology Council Board of Directors recently elected new members to its Advisory Board. The Advisory Board contributes to Energy Workforce’s strategic direction, promotes participation within their companies and serves in key leadership roles in the energy technology and services sector of the oil and gas industry.

The new Advisory Board members include:

  • Graham Gordon, Managing Director/Partner – Energy Practice, Accenture
  • Richard Osborne, Vice President of Product Management, SPM Oil & Gas, A Caterpillar Company
  • Nishant Prabhu, President – Industrial Segment, Cummins Sales & Service

Graham Gordon is Managing Director/Partner – Energy Practice at Accenture.

He is the global lead for Oilfield Equipment & Services (OFES) at Accenture, overseeing the strategic integration of Accenture’s services to address clients’ most complex challenges. Guiding a team of over 4,000 individuals in the OFES segment, Graham is dedicated to fostering innovation, attracting and developing top talent, and amplifying Accenture’s positive impact on local communities. He is also a member of Accenture’s Global Energy Leadership Team.

Graham started his career with Accenture’s Strategy practice and has more than 17 years of experience across the energy value chain, advising and partnering with global leaders. In addition to Accenture, Graham supports the Houston alumni board of the Kellogg School of Management and has volunteered with the Prison Entrepreneurship Program non-profit organization since 2011.

Graham holds bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology and Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.


Richard Osborne is Vice President of Product Manager for SPM Oil & Gas, A Caterpillar Company.

He has been with Caterpillar in various roles for over 25 years, including engineering, marketing, purchasing and product management. ​

Rich has a BS in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.​


Nishant Prabhu is President ‐ Industrial Segment of Cummins Sales & Service.

Nishant Prabhu is the President of the Industrial segment at Cummins Sales and Service in North America, responsible for managing sales and support across diverse sectors such as oil and gas, mining construction, agriculture and vocational segments.

With 18 years of experience at Cummins, he has held various leadership roles spanning purchasing, corporate strategy, engine, power systems and distribution businesses. Over the last 12 years, Nishant has focused on industrial markets, contributing significantly through roles related to strategy, supply chain, sales, marketing and product management. His responsibilities encompass the entire product lifecycle for engines and related engineered packages, from concept to development, sales, marketing and aftermarket support.

Prior to Cummins, Nishant worked as a technology consultant serving prominent financial and telecommunication clients. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Mumbai University in India and an MBA and from Kelley School of Business. Nishant is based in Dallas, Texas. Committed to community engagement, he serves on the board of Girls Inc. of Tarrant County in Texas.
