PESA Welcomes Rubicon Oilfield International & Li Gear as Newest Members

Today, the Petroleum Equipment & Services Association (PESA) welcomed Rubicon Oilfield International and Li Gear as the association’s newest members.

“We are excited to welcome Rubicon and Li Gear to PESA,” said PESA President Leslie Shockley Beyer. “PESA represents the leading oilfield service, supply, and manufacturing companies, and our members benefit from the robust network and opportunities we provide to strengthen their business and the sector.”

Rubicon is a seasoned team of oilfield service and equipment industry executives in partnership with Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity firm.  Rubicon is focused on building a “best-in-class” global oilfield products and equipment company.  The team at Rubicon has significant hands-on experience leading companies within the oilfield service sector, and more specifically within the product manufacturing, technology development and service space, including at PESA member companies like National Oilwell Varco (NOV), Schlumberger, Scientific Drilling International, and numerous PE-backed firms.
