PESA Board Members amended the Association’s bylaws to include a Chairman Emeritus group during their January meeting.
Once their Board term ends, any former Chairman is eligible to become a member of the group, as long as they have a continuing connection with a Member Company as a full-time employee, officer or board member. The group will nominate one member to serve on the PESA Board of Directors, with one Board vote on behalf of the group.
The first members of the new Chairman Emeritus group will be appointed in April at the PESA Annual Meeting and will include Chris Cragg, Executive Vice President, Operations, Oil States International; Robert Potter, Board of Directors, Oil States International; and Robert Workman, President & CEO, DistributionNOW.
