The PESA-Credit Interchange Division 2016 Annual Meeting will occur September 21-23 in Houston. Credit professionals from across PESA member companies will gather for networking and speaker sessions designed to provide financial insights and new credit analysis tools.
The meeting will feature speakers from Haynes & Boone, Kirkland & Ellis, BDO USA, Wood Mackenzie & M-III Partners. Topics will include basin analysis as a tool in making credit decisions, current legal issues in credit and bankruptcy, and understanding debt structures and equity financing. Dedicated training on the PESA-CID platform will also be provided.
Additionally, the results of the first-ever elections for the PESA-CID Operating Committee will be announced. As part of recent updates to PESA’s governance structure at the 2016 Annual Meeting, the CID Operating Committee has expanded from five to seven members with open elections and a CID Liaison Position has been created.
