With racial equality leading the national conversation, and our industry’s historically low representation of minority groups, many OFS organizations and our E&P customer base have recently made statements and focused efforts supporting Black and African American Communities. With PESA’s development of the only OFS I&D survey, recommendations, toolkit and certification program, we now are taking this a step further in the creation of a Task Force on Racial Equality. The Task Force will develop equality actions that PESA may lead on behalf of the sector, as well as actionable recommendations for member companies to empower, develop, and advance our under-represented employees, while fostering cultures of inclusion.
Participating Companies include Accenture, Atlas Sand, Baker Hughes, Caterpillar, DistributionNOW, Exterran, Fluid Delivery Solutions, Frank’s International, Gardner Denver, Halliburton, NOV, Oceaneering International, PwC, Rubicon Oilfield, Schlumberger, Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, TechnipFMC, Weatherford International and Weir Oil & Gas.
The task force will create a platform that we can all support, demonstrating that the OFS sector is committed to listening, learning and creating solutions toward racial equality.
