The GRIT Awards were created to recognize women leaders in energy, and the men who advocate for their progress. The award is for the unsung leader who is down in the trenches getting the job done regardless of what recognition may come their way. The furthest thing from a ceremonial award, the GRIT awards recognize leaders who boldly step up to the occasion, whatever it may be. It’s for women that lead, but it’s also for men who recognize the value of women and advocate for their progress in energy.

Several other PESA Members are finalists, from companies such as Halliburton, Weatherford and Baker Hughes, a GE company.

PESA is honored to celebrate its difference makers, the women who lead and the men who champion their progress in energy. The winners will be chosen by a panel of judges.

Finalists were evaluated based on professional accomplishments, personal philanthropic efforts and other qualities defined in the nomination. All honorees and finalists will be recognized at the GRIT Awards ceremony, which will be broadcast live to viewers around the world.
