The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas and Douglas Stephens is President & CEO. Blackhawk Specialty Tools, a provider of engineered well construction and well intervention services and products will be joining as a division of Frank’s International Company.
Professional Rental Tools LLC provides high-quality oilfield rental equipment and services for the global offshore industry. PRT are deepwater well completion and intervention specialists whose primary services and equipment include coiled tubing lift frames, wireline lift frames, surface test trees, lubricator valves, spanner systems, compensation towers, intervention work towers, and a wide variety of accessory equipment. PRT is headquartered in Houston, Texas, with operational facilities located in Lafayette, Louisiana, Broussard, Louisiana, and Houma, Louisiana. Andrew Robertson is the CEO.
Galtway Marketing is a full service marketing company offering strategic design and website development, solely focused on oil & gas companies. PESA Advisory Board Member Josh Lowrey is President and Kevin Courser is Chief Operating Officer of Galtway Marketing, headquartered in Houston, Texas.
