AI Champions Program
WHO IT’S FOR
This program is designed for the small cross-functional group in each Member Company that will carry AI adoption forward; operations and supply chain managers, functional leads in finance, HSE or quality, and continuous improvement or process owners.
Overview
Companies that get real value from AI end up with a core group that owns it across functions; people in operations, supply chain, finance, HSE, quality and commercial who can each look at a process in their own area, judge whether AI belongs in it, design the workflow, and get colleagues to use it. AI spreads through a company function by function, and a single champion can only carry the function they came from. In most companies that group does not exist.
The AI Champions Program builds that group. Across 2 months, each Champion selects processes inside their own function, builds AI-assisted workflows for them, rolls them out to colleagues who did not attend the training, and reports what changed. Champions from the same company work as a team, so the practices they establish are consistent across departments. Sessions are both instructional and working, where participants bring live problems from their own operations then instruction occurs relevant to the process and AI platform.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
• Assess business processes and decide whether AI belongs in them.
• Design workflows that survive contact with the people who must run them.
• Package a workflow as a reusable asset a colleague can run without help; a custom
GPT in ChatGPT, a Skill or Project in Claude, a skill or agent in Copilot. This step can
generate the department standard.
• Use the agent-style work surfaces each platform now offers, including Claude
Cowork and its counterparts in ChatGPT and Copilot, for multi-step work that runs
across documents and files rather than one question at a time.
• Connect approved company data sources through plugins and connectors and
decide with IT which sources belong in scope.
• Work within your company’s data policy, security posture, and platform licensing.
• Train colleagues who did not attend, using materials built during the program.
• Measure and report adoption and hours recovered to your leadership.
