Energy Workforce wrapped up its first-ever Generative AI Business Leader Workshop pilot program this week in collaboration with Accenture Strategy & Consulting.
Leaders from across the oil and gas sector joined us to learn how Generative AI can reshape our industry—from improving operational efficiency to enhancing decision-making processes.
The program covered a wide array of topics, including:
– The fundamentals of Gen AI and its potential impact
– Identifying specific value for the OFES sector
– Discussing the implications on talent and workforce transformation
– Navigating risks and opportunities that come with AI integration
– Assessing the tech requirements to support AI adoption
– Practical steps on how to get started with Gen AI
It was exciting to see how AI can unlock new opportunities for exploration, production, and sustainability.
A huge thanks to everyone who participated! This is just the beginning, and we’re looking forward to seeing how these tools drive the future of energy.
The Generative AI Business Leadership Workshop was a pilot — Stay tuned for a broad offering in 2025!
