Energy Workforce Empowers Leaders with New Program on Leading Through Change

The Energy Workforce and Technology Council is launching a new program this year titled “Change Solutions: How to Turn Uncertainty into Opportunity.” In this one-day program facilitated by FranklinCovey, participants will learn how to lead with clarity, overcome resistance, and accelerate adoption during times of change and uncertainty.

Ongoing disruptions and shifts in the energy sector can often create uneasiness, leaving employees uncertain about the future. When we recognize that change follows a predictable pattern, we can learn to manage our reactions and navigate it, both functionally and emotionally. This allows us to consciously determine how to best move forward—even in the most challenging stages. The Change Solutions program will help individuals and leaders learn to navigate workplace change and achieve successful results.

Working with the program participant guide and change tools, participants will engage in person for the full day and then will have access to the FranklinCovey All Access Impact Platform, an online tool that helps participants expand their reach, achieve business objectives, and sustainably impact performance. It also provides access to a vast library of FranklinCovey content, including assessments, training courses, tools, and resources available Live In-Person, Live-Online, and On-Demand.

Registration is now open for the Change Solutions Program, to be held on March 3, 2026. For more information about this program or to obtain the three-or-more discount code, contact Vice President, Programs & Events, Peggy Helfert.
