EWTC is gearing up for our 2026 Washington, D.C. Fly-In, scheduled for February 10–12, and we look forward to another big turnout.
The fly-in is a great opportunity for energy services and equipment leaders to connect directly with policymakers as priorities for the year take shape. With tariffs, permitting reform, and international policy developments already front and center in 2026, members will have a chance to be part of those conversations.
Over the three days, attendees will spend time on Capitol Hill and with the Administration, sharing perspectives from the field and reinforcing the role our sector plays in supporting U.S. energy production and economic activity.
Current schedule highlights include:
- Tuesday, Feb. 10: Welcome reception on Capitol Hill, followed by dinner
- Wednesday, Feb. 11: Meetings with House and Senate offices and discussions at the Capitol Hill Club
- Thursday, Feb. 12: Morning meetings with Administration officials, wrapping up early afternoon
EWTC is actively coordinating meetings across Capitol Hill and with the Administration, with engagement expected from a broad range of House and Senate offices as well as senior federal agency leadership. Additional meetings will be confirmed as schedules continue to come together.
Expected Capitol Hill meetings currently include offices such as Sens. Cruz, Cornyn, Gallego, and King, along with Reps. Cleo Fields, Brandon Gill, Lizzie Fletcher, Nick Langworthy, Doris Matsui, Jefferson Shreve, Vicente Gonzalez, Scott Peters, Tom Kean Jr., and Frank Lucas. Senior-level meetings with the Departments of Energy, Interior, Commerce, and State are also being coordinated.
Members planning to attend should note that the hotel room block closes at the end of this week (January 10), so reservations should be made as soon as possible.
Additional details, including finalized meeting schedules and logistics, will be shared as we get closer to February.
