Energy Workforce Welcomes New Member Riveron

Energy Workforce & Technology Council is pleased to welcome Riveron as a new member.

Founded in 2006, Riveron is a national business advisory firm that works with CFOs, private equity firms, and corporate stakeholders to address complex financial and operational challenges. The firm provides advisory services focused on the office of the CFO, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation.

Headquartered in Dallas with 18 global offices, Riveron has grown through strategic expansion and acquisitions to serve clients across a range of industries, including energy. In 2023, the company was acquired by affiliates of Kohlberg & Company, with H.I.G. Capital continuing as a minority investor.

Riveron combines industry experience with operational and financial expertise to help organizations improve performance, manage transactions, and navigate periods of growth and change.

We’re pleased to welcome Riveron to Energy Workforce. Their experience supporting financial and operational strategy brings valuable expertise to our membership and the broader energy services sector, said Molly Determan, President, Energy Workforce & Technology Council.
