Energy Workforce Human Performance Playbook Spotlighted in ExxonMobil Sustainability Report

Energy Workforce & Technology Council’s Human Performance (HOP) Playbook was featured in ExxonMobil’s 2026 Sustainability Report, recognizing the industry collaboration behind the resource and the growing focus on Human and Organizational Performance across the energy sector.

Referenced on page 49 of the report, the playbook was developed by Energy Workforce’s HSE HOP Task Force and led by Lamberto Nonno, Director of HSE Governance and Customer Excellence, and Abdelsalam Yasseen, Senior HSE Programs Manager at Baker Hughes.

The HOP playbook was designed to provide companies with an introductory framework for Human and Organizational Performance, including key concepts, definitions and actionable steps for implementation within an organization.

The inclusion of the playbook in ExxonMobil’s sustainability reporting reflects the ongoing work of Energy Workforce members and HSE leaders to advance operational learning, strengthen safety culture and support continuous improvement across the energy services sector.
