Energy Workforce Releases Toolkit to Help Member Companies Drive Cultural Change

Energy Workforce & Technology Council has released an Energy Workforce DEI Toolkit, created to support Member Companies as they drive cultural change in their organizations.

This toolkit, developed by Member Companies, is a unique resource only available to Energy Workforce Members. It’s a complete package that contains specific actionable recommendations your organization can take to make a sustainable impact and affect cultural change.

The toolkit includes:

  • A maturity index: your company can identify where it measures on the DEI journey
  • Actionable Recommendations tied to where you fall on the maturity index
  • An infographic that you can use within your organization that succinctly explains the study and its outcomes
  • The OFS diversity study
  • Best practices which will be updated as the Energy Workforce DEI Committee develops additional resources

“At Energy Workforce, we are committed to building and encouraging a diverse workforce at our organization and that of our Member Companies.”

Leslie Beyer, CEO, Energy Workforce & Technology Council

“We know that working with our Member Companies to promote diversity and equality is not only the right thing to do but also a smart fiscal initiative to support,” Beyer said. “From the boardroom to the factory floor to sales and marketing, CEOs are increasingly committing themselves and their companies to equality goals, either as standalone objectives or as part of broader campaigns. Energy Workforce is here to provide our Members the support and tools necessary to hire and develop the workforce of the future.”

If you are an employee of a Member Company and would like a copy of the toolkit, contact Director of Operations Roni Ashley.
