This toolkit, developed by Member Companies, is a unique resource only available to Energy Workforce Members. It’s a complete package that contains specific actionable recommendations your organization can take to make a sustainable impact and affect cultural change.
The toolkit includes:
- A maturity index: your company can identify where it measures on the DEI journey
- Actionable Recommendations tied to where you fall on the maturity index
- An infographic that you can use within your organization that succinctly explains the study and its outcomes
- The OFS diversity study
- Best practices which will be updated as the Energy Workforce DEI Committee develops additional resources
