Engage with Policymakers on Industry Priorities at the 2027 DC Fly-In

Energy Workforce’s annual DC Fly-In returns February 9–11, 2027, bringing member company leaders to Washington, D.C., for direct conversations with Members of Congress and senior administration officials. Under the theme “Powering the Reindustrialization of America,” the event will highlight the policies needed to support American energy production and the companies, technology and workforce behind it.

Small-group meetings are at the center of the Fly-In, giving members time to discuss the issues affecting their operations and hear directly from policymakers about upcoming federal initiatives and legislative priorities. Conversations will address trade, permitting reform, energy reliability and workforce needs, among other priorities for the energy services and technology sector.

With a new Congress convening in January, the Fly-In offers an early opportunity to put your company’s priorities in front of lawmakers as they begin the new session. Attending gives you an active role in Energy Workforce’s federal advocacy, along with opportunities to connect with senior executives from across the membership, build relationships and gain policy insight to bring back to your team.

Make plans to join us in Washington this February and help advance the priorities of the energy services and technology sector. Registration is open, and sponsorship opportunities are available for companies looking to support the event. The hotel room block closes January 8, 2027.
