In September, PESA hosted two Credit Interchange Division database training seminars. The first seminar held on September 4 focused on the basics of navigating through the CID database. Users learned how to edit their company data, conduct customer searches using various criteria and how to interpret the contents of a typical credit report, as well as manage the exchange of customer AR data.
The advanced webinar held on September 25 took users into more detail on database navigation, responding to AR data requests and using “flashes” to communicate account activity to members.
