PESA Engagement: A Look Ahead

PESA is proud to endorse, sponsor and participate in many conferences and exhibitions throughout the year. Below is information about just a few of the upcoming events PESA will be attending in 2017-2018.


 

2017

Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition (LAGCOE) 
The Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition (LAGCOE) is a biannual gas and oilfield trade show held in Lafayette, Louisiana at the Cajundome and Convention Center. The conference includes keynote speakers and technical sessions, as well as trade shows by leading companies. LAGCOE will be held October 24-26, 2017. PESA Booth #A2

Women’s Global Leadership Conference (WGLC)
WGLC is an inspiring and motivational forum bringing together hundreds of women in the industry, along with their male supporters, to: network and exchange valuable ideas and experiences; foster inclusive and diverse company cultures; encourage women and minorities to pursue leadership roles; and more. The conference program, which will be held at the Hyatt Regency Houston November 1-2, 2018 will explore both leadership development topics as well as current industry topics.

International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) Annual General Meeting
The IADC Annual General Meeting is recognized as the keynote conference for the drilling industry and provides ideal networking opportunities for participants. It features prominent speakers from industry and government. The meeting will be held November 8-10, 2017 at the Hilton Hotel Austin, Texas.

Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC)
The Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) is one of the world’s most influential events for the oil and gas industry. As a premium exhibition platform ADIPEC enables professionals from around the world to do business and grow. Each year, ADIPEC provides one of the most important channels to do business and exchange information, attracting Energy Ministers, global CEO’s and leading decision makers across the 4 days of business discussions and knowledge exchange. ADIPEC will be held November 13-16, 2017 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

Hart Energy’s DUG Eagle Ford
Industry professionals who are in search of efficiency-focused strategies and technologies will hear from various executive-level speakers in the DUG Eagle Ford targeted conference sessions and in the all-new technology showcase. Held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, November 15-17, 2017, over 125 exhibitors will give hands-on demonstrations of solutions helping producers cut costs and maximize output. 2018

Hart Energy’s DUG Permian Basin
Oil and gas professionals will gather May 21-23, 2018, at the Fort Worth Convention Center to hear executive-level speakers from public and private producers, research and investment groups, financial firms and major well-site service providers. These experts will address everything from macroeconomics to mergers, acreage acquisitions, exploration strategies, development drilling and operating efficiencies.

 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC)
The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) is where energy professionals meet to exchange ideas and opinions to advance scientific and technical knowledge for offshore resources and environmental matters. Slated for April 30-May 3, 2018 in Houston, Texas at NRG Park, OTC will celebrate 50 years of access to: leading-edge technical information, the industry’s largest equipment exhibition and valuable new professional contacts. 2018 International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) Critical Issues Latin America Conference & Exhibition
IADC has announced its first “Critical Issues Latin America Conference & Exhibition”. Critical Issues are market, technology and commercial factors shaping business today and tomorrow. These factors present either opportunities or challenges to the global drilling industry. Regional operations have their own unique requirements and IADC’s Critical Issues Latin America will explore those opportunities and challenges for onshore and offshore operations in this important region. A PESA representative will serve on the IADC program committee, vetting abstracts and securing speakers. The event will be held October 16-17, 2018 at the Hyatt Hotel in Mexico City, Mexico.
