PESA Member Oceaneering International announced the appointment of William (Bill) J. Boyle as senior vice president of asset integrity.
In this role, Boyle will be responsible for Oceaneering’s asset integrity business worldwide. This business provides asset integrity management, corrosion management, inspection, and non-destructive testing services to customers. Boyle will report to COO Clyde Hewlett.
Prior to joining Oceaneering, Boyle held senior leadership positions at several companies in the oilfield services and other related industries. Most recently, he was CEO at Underwater Integrity Solutions. Boyle graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Oceaneering also announced that Michael C. Leys, who previously held this position, will become V.P., operations – asset integrity. In this role, Leys will assist Boyle with the day-to-day operations and facilitate a smooth and orderly succession until his retirement later in the year.
