LEADING AS A CULTURE CATALYST PROGRAM

The Culture & Inclusion Leadership Development Program explores and unlocks the power and impact of organizational culture and success for its employees over a two-day program with a one-on-one coaching session. Leaders Edge ConsultingParticipants will gain a deep understanding of their organization’s culture, aligning values with behaviors, and the significances of fostering an inclusive culture. Provided by Subject Matter Expert Shanta Eaden, Leader’s Edge Consulting.

Overview Participants will explore and unlock the power and impact of organizational culture and success. Conscious Leadership for HR Teams Workshop

HR leaders are often culture carriers and stewards. This workshop, delivered by Leader’s Edge, will dive deep into cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging, and will equip HR leaders with the practical tools needed to demonstrate inclusion through action, as well as application. Conscious Leadership and Inclusion is not only about leaders leaning into inclusive leadership behaviors, it’s also about intentionally taking action to consciously build a culture of inclusion and belonging.
