Designed for graduates of Frontline Leadership and Core Leadership Skills, Next Level Leadership helps supervisors, eld leaders and leaders in corporate functions move from leading individuals to leading a team that performs.
Delivered in partnership with Heidrick & Struggles, this one-day workshop provides practical tools to help leaders take control of the work, delegate for ownership, address performance issues early and develop people so the team no longer depends on a few. Through a realistic eld and operations scenario, structured practice and hands-on application, participants build the condence and judgment to strengthen day-to-day team performance and make effective decisions under pressure.
