What is Hydraulic Fracturing?

Hydraulic fracturing is a decades-old technology used to develop oil and natural gas resources from deep shale formations. With this innovation, PESA members have helped to grow city and state economies across the country; creating jobs and infusing millions of dollars into our communities. Thank you to Energy In-depth for this video to help explain the process and how it has unlocked resources unimaginable just 10 years ago.
