The Energy Workforce annual Washington, DC Fly-In has long given member company leaders a direct opportunity to engage with congressional offices and senior Executive Branch officials, helping bridge the gap between federal decision-makers and the realities on the ground.
The 2026 Washington, DC Fly-In, scheduled for February 10–12, features a full program of briefings, agency visits, and small-group Hill meetings designed to give participants time with the people shaping federal policy. Over two and a half days, attendees can expect conversations to touch on trade and tariffs, permitting reform, and other priorities raised by companies across the country, including those directly affecting their representatives’ districts. Register here today! The hotel room block closes on Saturday, January 10.
