PESA’s Credit Interchange Division Operating Committee is hosting two upcoming events for both entry-level and experienced credit professionals on August 27 and October 16.
PESA-CID consists of more than 30 Member Companies exchanging historical credit information and histories on more than 50,000 customers. This data provides a cost-effective way for members to anticipate and reduce financial risk that is unavailable elsewhere in the industry. Additionally, the program provides a strong network for credit professionals.
The August 27 Roundtable – Credit, Sales & Operations Best Practices – offers networking opportunities and speakers who will discuss departmental collaboration.
The Annual Seminar on October 16 will feature a discussion on Credit Department Metrics. Speakers will discuss key metrics and how to leverage them to enhance department performance.
PESA will also host training webinars for CID users later this year. Training will focus on the basics of using the CID Database, as well as more advanced topics for those who want a more in-depth view.
