The Council’s premier annual event will take place April 6-8 in Point Clear, AL. With a focus on “Energy Evolution: Embracing Opportunities,” the lineup of speakers includes leaders from all sectors of the oil and gas industry who will focus on the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the current market and industry dynamics.
Along with industry-leading keynotes, speakers will share perspectives on Unlocking the Chain which includes supply chain strategies and how to partner with suppliers, and Winning the Narrative on how the industry is evolving. Sector experts will provide insights on the annual Analysts Panel, and the Political Panel will address key energy policy issues.

- Mary Atkinson, Director of Supply Chain, Grayson Mill Energy — Mary Atkinson, APICS CPIM, started her career at Schlumberger in various roles over 11 years. She then transitioned to Oasis Petroleum as the Director of Supply Chain for nine years prior to joining Grayson Mill Energy. She currently serves on the Sourcing and Procurement Executive Council at the University of Houston, and serves as a mentor to upcoming young supply chain leaders.
- Keith Chometsky, President – MS Directional and VP SCM-Procurement, Patterson-UTI — Keith Chometsky specializes in strategic supply chain management, sourcing, category management and procurement planning. He has almost 20 years experience in the field, with prior positions at NOV, Chevron and Talisman Energy.
- Brandi Rauch, GM Supply Chain – Shales & US Supplier Diversity Program Manager, Shell — Brandi Rauch provides integrative leadership to Shell’s Contracting and Procurement organization in the areas of category, contracting and supplier excellence. Leading a team of seasoned commercial professionals, Brandi drives sustainable improvement in key supply chain practices across the globe.
